Info for International Customers

Xtreme Auto Parts is now happily servicing international customers in countries all over the world! Our ordering process differs slightly for international customers, so if you are a customer living outside Australia please read below for more information on placing orders with us.

International customer checkout process

International customers can use the XAP online store and shopping cart in the same way as all customers, however due to the variability of international shipping rates depending on the cubic weight of items, we will provide a shipping quote manually after your order has been placed, and an updated Paypal invoice will be re-issued to you prior to payment being made.

International customers may proceed through the checkout and, when prompted, select International Customer at the Payment & Other Info section.

This is important! If you do not select 'International customer' it will try to process your payment as a domestic customer and the shipping rate returned will be incorrect. The difference will then have to be paid separately, making the process more clunky and confusing. Selecting 'International Customer' at the checkout will let you proceed straight to the placing of your order, without payment being processed.

Alternatively you can place your order via email (shop@) or our contact form, remembering to include all the relevant info ie. part names & numbers and your complete address in the message.
